Terms & Conditions

1. This promotion is open to public except employees of Alliance Entertainment Singapore, promotion partners, advertising agencies and their families.
 
2. Participants must be legal residents in Singapore.
 
3. Only purchase of FRIENDS DVD (SEASONS 1 to 10) distributed by Alliance Entertainment Singapore is entitled for the promotion. Only full seasons of FRIENDS are applicable for the promotion. This promotion is not applicable to part seasons (eg. FRIENDS Year 3 Disc 2) and/or the “Best of” range (eg. Best of Chandler, Best of FRIENDS Season 5).
 
4. Entries must be accompanied by the 8-Digit Certificate Board of Film Censors number found on the back of the DVD. Multiple entries are accepted but each entry must be accompanied by a unique 8-Digit Certificate Board of Film Censors number.
 
5. All entries must reach us no later than 31st January 2010. Incomplete or late entries will be disqualified.
 
6. Winners will be notified via e-mail.
 
7. Prizes are non-transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash in part or whole.
 
8. Winners must produce the original RECEIPT (proof of purchase during promotion term), DVD & I/C when collecting the prize for verification purposes.
 
9. The Organizers reserve the right to substitute prizes of equivalent value without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever.
 
10. The Organizers’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
 
11. Entry implies the acceptance of rules.
