§ Promotion is open to public except employees of Alliance Entertainment Singapore, Lunch Actually, their families, promotion partners and their advertising agencies.
§ The Contest is open to all people who are legally single (never married, divorced, widowed) who have registered their address in Singapore.
§ Participants must be legal residents in Singapore, 23 years of age or older ("Eligible Participant").
§ Only purchase of HE’S JUST NOT THAT INTO YOU BLU-RAY/DVD/VCD distributed by Alliance Entertainment Singapore is entitled for the promotion.
§ Entries must be accompanied by the 8-Digit Certificate Board of Film Censors number found on the back of BLU-RAY/DVD/VCD.
§ All entries must reach us no later than 31st July 2009. Incomplete or late entries will be disqualified.
§ Winners will be notified by phone.
§ The winner is to undergo screening and consultation by Lunch Actually. In the event that Lunch Actually is unable to enter into contractual obligations with the winner, the prize is still not exchangeable or redeemable for cash in part or whole.
§ Please bring along your BLU-RAY/DVD/VCD & I/C when collecting your prize for verification purposes.
§ The Organizers reserve the right to substitute prizes of equivalent value without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever.
§ Lunch Actually Pte Ltd reserves the right to vary the Terms and Conditions herein at any time at their absolute discretion without notice.
§ The Organizers’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
